I have seen Dr. Coleman for years and I really like him. I will give him 5 stars. The lady on the phone that I talked to gets 1 star. I got my new glasses today. When I got them adjusted I thought they fit great. After I wore them for awhile I realized that I need them readjusted tighter. It took approximately 5 minutes for her to adjust them the first time. I was in Joplin and I called to see if they could get me in to readjust them. Who ever answered the phone told me they do that on appointment only. I explained that it would only take about 5 minutes and I was in Joplin. She then informed that I had to make an appointment to do this. She told me she could get me in tomorrow at 10:30. I told her I had to work then she said 11:30. I said I had to work and I could be there at 3:00. She had a 3:20 opened. I again said this will literally take 5 minutes. Can she not get me in? She said that they were booked for the rest of the day. Now without even asking the sweet young lady if she could get me in she said it is by appointment only. She was also hateful to me. At this point I was upset and said nevermind I will just wear them like this. She said fine. It was the way that see said it. I hung up. I will still see Dr. Coleman because he is so nice and we really like him. However it is a big inconvenience for me to make an appointment to get my glasses adjusted. What upset me the most was she didn't even ask the sweet young lady if she could squeeze me in. It literally would only take 5 minutes. I live in Riverton and didn't want to drive back over to Joplin tomorrow. I don't like paying people to be rude to me.

Coleman Vision is an excellent place. We can always get appointments. My kids love going there, the doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great as well. We highly recommend this place for little ones, since they were great with my 3 year old.
